Digital magazine The Talks has conducted more than 500 interviews, since 2011, with cultural visionaries – illuminating conversations with artists, actors, directors, chefs, fashion designers, architects, authors, musicians, and athletes. Now they’ve gone and created a book of quotes pulled from the thoughts of their contributors.
The winning one for the book title came from Taika Waititi. I
t’s a bit of a lucky dip, some quotes may resonate and others seem like a load of guff.
One which we were particularly taken by is Jesse Eisenberg when he said, “I’m doing many different things to prepare for the inevitable failure of one of them.”
