Roy Keane’s most infamous red-card moments are getting a new lease of life – this time in oil pastel.
Dublin artist Seánie Harte brings Sent Off to Hen’s Teeth in Blackpitts for two days only, with sixteen original works inspired by the footballer’s disciplinary history with Manchester United and Ireland.
Marking Keane’s iconic number 16 shirt, the exhibition revisits some of his most talked-about moments, including the infamous tackle on Alf-Inge Håland.

A love letter to football and sporting nostalgia, Harte’s first solo show celebrates the moments that refuse to leave the cultural conversation.
All 16 framed originals are available to buy, with prices ranging from €500 to €750.
Sent Off by Seánie Harte can be viewed at Hen’s Teeth from 6 – 11pm on Thursday September 3rd and 8am–3pm on Friday September 4th.
