SALT is the name of the new culinary and art project being undertaken by Rudi-Lee McCarthy. “Working in collaboration with Kvitbrakka, a distinguished multidisciplinary art hub nestled in Arctic Norway, I have had the privilege of immersing myself in the extraordinary world of Arctic food culture and the Finnmark fishing industry.
Kvitbrakka is renowned for its unwavering commitment to fostering collaboration between international artists and local artisans and industries. It is through this partnership that “SALT” has found its unique and inspiring context.
Through this project, I aspire to redefine the boundaries of both culinary and visual art, reflecting on my multifaceted artistic identity and the incredible landscape that surrounds me.”
