Settle in at the bar in Cuckoo Lane this month for a special event focused on Two Stacks Whiskey, with a unique tasting that leans as much into atmosphere as it does into the liquid.
Whiskey lovers are invited to savour the flavour of the exciting new Irish brand founded in 2020 by Shane McCarthy, Liam Brogan and Donal McLynn.
We’re told that this session is less formal masterclass, more up-close session, in the company of co-founder Shane McCarthy, who’ll be joining those perched at the counter, drink in hand, talking through what’s in your glass.
Expect five drams that move from classic to experimental, over a two hour tasting showcasing Two Stacks’ signature style, characterised by smart sourcing, inventive cask work and blends that don’t play by the old rules.
Pull up a stool and kick things off with a cocktail on arrival, then work your way through the line-up, one pour at a time.
