Little Atoms started life as a radio show on the thrillingly eclectic Resonance FM back in 2005.

It wasn’t the first to spot the new form potential of the confluence of ‘ideas and culture’ but it’s built a strong platform for itself in the intervening years.

While it’s amassed over 458 podcasts to date, its transition into print under the watchful eye of Irish editor Padraig Reidy, has been an unadulterated pleasure.

Split between interviews and essays, issue No. 2 has contributions from Maria Konnikova (con artists), Peter Pomerantsev (Putin’s Russia), Molly Crabapple (Ghadda Samman) and Kate Arney (epigenetics).

Deep dive from whichever platform you choose.
