The spirit of The Joinery, that much loved cultural hub in Stoneybatter, is being resurrected for one night in Now Hear This Too.

The Cobblestone, better known for its authentic trad sessions, lends a literary lilt to affairs as the host venue for this evening of readings.

Local essayist Mark O’Connell reads from his new book To Be a Machine (published by Granta), newspapermen Eoin Butler and Patrick Freyne will be pulling new work out of their (ahem) secret drawers, and former Dublin resident, Brooklyn author, Jami Attenberg will be reading from her sixth book, All Grown Up.
