It’s bitterly disappointing that we didn’t qualify for the World Cup this Summer, but with or without us, this tournament always captures the imagination and sets the scene for parties galore in Dublin over the 6 weeks in June and July.
If you’re looking for good spots to watch the games and enjoy an international atmosphere (usually accompanied by music and food) there’s plenty of venues to choose from.
The Woolshed on Parnell St, The River Bar on Burgh Quay, Murray’s on O’Connell St, Devitt’s, and The Camden on Camden St are always lively options, while many of the Totally Dublin crew are planning to set up camp in The Grand Social Beer Garden.
We’re reliably informed that the Mexicans are moving in here so we reckon that guarantees good food and drinks and a great bunch of people to cheer along with.
Olé!
