Dublin Dance Festival opens with an intensely physical piece for five dancers by Greek choreographer Patricia Apergi.
This high-energy mix of dynamic movement and sharp humour blends diverse dance traditions, including flamenco, Arabic dance and Irish step dance, with choreography influenced by hiphop, street culture and actions related to protest.
