The description on their website claims that Salt Lick is about “gustatory satisfaction, a symbiotic patron/proprietor approach”, which as far we can tell means that they serve nice food and that you help make happen by bringing your own ingredients for cocktails or coffee along. With a simple Table d’Hote menu that gets a revamp with each new monthly theme, Saltlick operates out of Hobart’s Cafe in Ranelagh on Friday and Saturday nights from 7.30pm.
