It’s clear that a little Spanish sunshine goes a long way as Redbreast Irish Whiskey once again heads south for the latest drop in its much-loved Iberian Series.
The new Moscatel Wine Cask Edition comes finished in sweet wine casks from Málaga, bringing a distinctly sun-soaked twist to the classic style.
Crafted at Midleton Distillery by Master Blender David McCabe, the whiskey spends its final sixteen months luxuriating in Moscatel-seasoned oak from historic Spanish producer Bodegas Quitapenas.

The result? A brighter, more citrus-led character, layered with floral honey, gentle spice, and ripe orchard fruit.
Bottled at 46% ABV, it’s elegant, expressive, and unmistakably Redbreast. Enjoy it neat or lightly chilled with ice.
