When is a week not a week? The answer it seems, is when the dog days of July coincide with the sunny days of Dublin Cocktail Week.
The ten day homage to the city’s love of cocktails takes place at over thirty-five venues this month, with great offers to be had for festival wristband holders in a variety of bars and restaurants throughout the city centre and beyond.
Those looking to broaden their mixology know-how are promised great value, with participating venues offering tasty signature cocktails starting at €7, along with a series of tempting deals on bites to go with that all important choice of bevvie.
Billed as a celebration of local talent, flavour and fun, Barrel Aged Negronis at Jack Nealon’s, Smoky Palomas at Hyde on Lemon Street and delicious Creamy Soda Collins at The Sackville Lounge give some idea of the variety of signature cocktails to be enjoyed this year. Cin! Cin!
