This summer sees the coffee heads at Cloud Picker offering fans of indie caffeine a golden opportunity to step behind the roaster at their café on Pearse Street.
They’ve brewed up a series of hands-on experiences designed to steer participants through the in-depth process of transforming coffee beans from origin green to perfectly roasted. Class sizes are capped at a maximum of just two people, resulting in a very personal approach to the learning involved.
Afterwards, there’s a custom box of freshly roasted beans to take home, along with an individual Roaster’s Pack and a certificate proclaiming your newly acquired roasting acumen.
Priced at €100 per person, the sessions take place over two hours on Saturdays, with a choice of three different time-slots to choose from.
Pick one, get yourself caffeinated, and you’re good to go.
