The past four years have seen Bakeology making its mark on Meath Street while being warmly welcomed by locals living in one of the city’s oldest communities.
Now the bake-ologists behind the popular Argentinian shop have announced plans to open another space in the heart of Liberties, which they describe as “more than just a bakery; it will be a cozy spot where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the flavours that make us who we are”.
As the new BAKEOLOGY IN restaurant gets set to open this week, we understand that the plan is to serve brunch and empanadas, with a menu featuring six signature dishes fusing classic brunch staples with traditional Argentinian flavours.

There will also be plenty of sweets on offer too, including freshly baked medjalunas, cakes, and more. As they say themselves, “It’s everything you love about BAKEOLOGY, now with a place to stay and savour it.”
Keep an eye on their social channels for more.
