Gastronomic duo Russell Alford and Patrick Hanlon aka The Gastro Gays, have just dipped their beaks into the world of podcasting with an inaugural twelve-part series focused on culinary flavours and personalities.
So far, the ‘Chew The Fat’ series has featured the work of a trio of food and drink producers based in the duo’s native Boyne Valley; Marita Collier of Drummond House Garlic, Maria Flynn of Ballymakenny Farm and Blánaid O’Hare of Listoke Distillery, with Anna Cabrera and Vanessa Murphy of Las Tapas de Lola, also featuring.
A second series is already in planning with new episodes uploaded on Friday mornings.
