For over a decade now the Dublin Bar Academy has been hosting a wide variety of training sessions dedicated to turning regular bar flies into experts at more than lifting and imbibing.
This month they’re running a ninety minute class focused on the wizardry of cocktail making, with a hands-on social session designed to help participants stir up something weird and wonderful while having a bit of craic along the way.
Everything is supplied – just turn up, enjoy a welcome cocktail, be inspired and get shaking and making.
