Costello’s a young brewing company from Kilkenny is only two years old, but is making the moves to the major leagues up in the big smoke!  Costello’s describe themselves as the current and future generation of brewers in Kilkenny honoring age old traditions and focusing on brewing great testing innovative beers”, meaning that one can expect some great twists on classic tastes to come from them in the future.  Costello’s range is now available from O’Brien’s off licenses nationwide, so why not stop in and try something new! Award-winning Chef Sunil Ghai continues to wow the palates of Dublin diners with his latest venture showcasing the delights of North Indian regional cuisine. The mouthwatering menu at the newly opened Pickle on Camden Street features a plentiful choice of traditional biryani curries, chops and game. There’s also a fine selection of small plates or “Gupshup”, including a delicious sounding venison keema roti with berry chutney and crispy potato cakes filled with asafoetida and raw mango infused lentils.
