As festivities marking Dublin’s Chinese New Year Spring Festival continue apace, this month sees a feast of Sino-Hibernian fusion across the city.

Chinnery Gin and The Little Pig have joined forces at a secret location to create a bespoke Speakeasy, serving up gin-based cocktails inspired by Chinese botanicals.

There’s also a chance to check out the popular Asian Flavours Walking Tour which rambles through Dublin’s ‘ChinaTown’ on Saturday Feb 8th, while The Vintage Teapot hosts a special Cantonese Style Chinese New Year Banquet on Thursday February 6th, showcasing the cuisine of China’s Guangdong province.
