If we’ve learned anything in the last few years it’s that personal investment in the area of food and well-being is the area that keeps on giving. Every week sees something new on how best to stay healthy, a process that has become even more accelerated over the past year in the face of the ever-present Covid-19 Pandemic.

Our interest was piqued by Circle of Light, a natural health drinks start-up set up during the pandemic by Dr Sarah Kelly. The company prides itself on creating combinations of wholly natural active ingredients that address chronic and preventable lifestyle-induced ailments with what they describe as ‘clinical efficacy’.

They tell us that unlike the coffee beans we use on a regular basis, their recently launched Green Coffee remains unroasted, enabling it to retain some potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. A unique extraction process combines unroasted green coffee beans with inulin, providing other benefits, including the promotion of gut health.

Available in pharmacies, health food shops and selected supermarkets. nationwide.
