Director: James Cameron

Talent: Leonardo DiCaprio, Kate Winslet

Release Date: April 6th 2012

A love story of the ages which sees Jack (DiCaprio) the young working class boy pursuing the beautiful upper class Rose (Winslet) all set aboard the infamous maiden voyage of the Titanic.

The monstrous 194minute long Titanic has been re-released in 3D just in time for the 100th year anniversary of the sinking of the infamous ship itself. Seated as the second highest grossing film of all time (coming in at just under 2billion worldwide), Titanic 3D hopes to capture the imagination of a whole new generation and indeed those poor souls who missed out first time around.

Led by Mr. 3D himself James Cameron, Titanic 3D fills us with the hope that the 3D nature of this film will actually receive a bit of attention for a change and not the usual – we just dipped this 2D film in a bath-tub of 3D and slapped it up on the movie screen – treatment we’ve come to expect.

Box Office aspirations aside, if you missed it the first time round, now’s your chance to right a wrong and go immerse yourself in one of the greatest historical disasters ever re-imagined on film.
