The 10th edition of the Volvo Dun Laoghaire Regatta, Ireland’s largest sailing event takes place from July 10th to 13th this year.
Co-hosted by the four Waterfront Yacht Clubs in Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin, this biennial four-day event welcomes hundreds of boats across 36 competing classes, ranging from small 14-foot dinghies up to ocean-going 50-footers, with no less than 1600 individual crew members travelling from all over the world to participate in the world class event.
This year’s Regatta will start with a spectacular inaugural Bay Race, and coincides with both ‘Coastival‘ and ‘Summerfest‘ in Dun Laoghaire, offering musical entertainment, boat cruises, and family friendly entertainment for all ages.
