‘Meet Me in The Gardens’, written by Sharon McCoy, and directed by Aoibhinn Marie Gilroy, aims to plunge the audience into the gripping 200-year history of Ireland’s National Botanic Gardens. A series of 4 short plays, ‘Meet Me in the Garden’ takes place outdoors in various locations around the gardens. This site-specific performance is based on real characters and true life events, spanning the cholera epidemic to the onset of World War II. (Performances are not seated).
