In celebration of the restoration of the City Assembly House, and to commemorate the Irish Society of Artists in Ireland, the Irish Georgian Society is the proud host of an outstanding collection of eighteenth-century Irish paintings. The historic building was constructed as the first purpose-built public gallery in Britain and Ireland over 250 years ago.
Public access to the exhibition is free, and guided tours and events are taking place to mark the building’s re-opening.
