The 5th edition of the New Irish Works Exhibition can be seen in the International Centre for the Image until August 9th.
The showcase aims to support Irish artists, giving 10 chosen delegates the opportunity to display their work to local and international audiences. Admission is completely free and the venue is located on the East Wall in North Dublin.
The artwork features both experimental and traditional pieces, and they explore a variety of thought-provoking themes.

Each of the 10 jury-selected artists have a bio on the Visual Arts Ireland website that describes the essence of their work.
Billy Kendrick’s project for example, specialises in materialisation and explores how materials can be experienced subjectively by different people.
The International Centre for the Image, Cooper’s Cross, North Wall and admission is free. Open Tuesday-Sunday.
