Goths. Dreams. Ghosts. Ancient sex toys. We’ve had the honour of showcasing NCAD and Camberwell graduate Fuchsia Macaree’s pun-filled illustrative awesomeness for the past three years, her illustrative work becoming intrinsic to Totally Dublin’s graphic identity. Fuchsia’s work is at once instantly recognizable, but never over-simplistic; you don’t have to work for the punchline, because Fuchsia’s done it for you.

Her product design (including the Procrastination Clock that adorns our wall), posters (see the last Flea Market flyer) and once-offs (such as this year’s super-popular It’s A Disgrace, Joe zine) show a hyperactive sense of invention – she plays with a form, as well as within it.

A collection of Fuchsia’s work will be open for eyes at the Bernard Shaw starting Friday – if we don’t see you down there, you’re asking for a box into the jaw.

Starts 7pm with free drinks reception from Becks Vier. First come first served!
