After 430 years of pouring pints and creating memories, The Boot Inn in Swords, North Dublin, has hung up its bar towel for good.

This historic establishment, nestled behind Dublin Airport, was a cornerstone of the community. From its humble beginnings in 1593 to its heyday as the home of the iconic Jets Nightclub in the ’80s, The Boot Inn has seen it all.

From its legendary Guinness pours to the countless love stories sparked on its dance floor, The Boot Inn leaves behind a legacy that will be sorely missed.

Here’s to John and Catherine, the proprietors, and the end of an era in Dublin’s pub scene.
