Nautical supremo Niall Sabongi has taken to the road with his latest venture, The Salty Buoy, a moveable feast serving up al fresco dishes from the back of a quirkily re-purposed Citroen H.
Fans of Sabongi’s signature Lobster Rolls, Crab, shucked Oysters and fresh fried daily specials can also look forward to checking out The Shellfish Steamer, a tasty Dublin take on the classic American seafood boil.
August sees the Salty Buoy anchored at the home of Baste BBQ off Clanbrassil Street every Wednesday, while weekends find it shacked up at Avon Rí in Blessington.
