Vegan in Ireland recently invited some of the city’s best chefs and leading drink experts to collaborate on a unique culinary event series aimed at those looking to expand their knowledge and experience of plant-based dishes.
The results can be enjoyed at two special events this month, one on sushi, the other on wine and cheese.
On Sunday September 16th Kyoto hosts a masterclass on the art of vegan sushi under the expert guidance of chef Kwong Yew Liew, while later in the month Hugo’s Restaurant and Wine Bar is the setting for a specially guided tasting of six vegan wines, with vegan dips, crackers and cheeses, in the company of sommelier Guillaume Lasalle.
