We’re loving the prospect of a beefy one day pop-up that sees international chef Alvin Cailan jetting in from LA for a very special collaboration with Dash Burger on May 31st.
The founder of Eggslut and The Burger Show, Alvin is regarded as one of the most respected voices in global burger culture, and in honour of the occasion he has devised a double juicy smashed patty entitled, ‘Burgers by Alvin Cailan Presents: Alvin’s Onion Burger’.
This absolute meat fest comes loaded with a choice of Green Light or Red Light sauce, topped with caramelised and shaved onions, on a sesame bun.
Served alongside Beef Fat Fries with Dip, available separately.
