This year, Dublin Dance Festival joins forces with the iconic Bewley’s Grafton Street for the first time for DDF Lates, a series of events that transform the historic space into a vibrant, after-hours playground of music, movement and performance. From pulsing electronica to global beats, and from trad influences to voguing culture, DDF Lates brings together boundary-pushing artists for an unforgettable sensory experience.
Kicking things off on May 9th, Dublin Modular presents TRACES – a site-responsive takeover that fuses live electronics, DJ sets and contemporary dance. Rooted in queer club culture, this immersive event reimagines Bewley’s as a fluid, ever-evolving dancefloor.
Closing the festival on May 16th, award-winning DJ Onai delivers FREQUENCY, curating a high-energy line-up of DJs, B-boys and guest dancers. Expect a thrilling mix of voguing, hip hop, freestyle and more, celebrating rhythm, identity and expression.
