Fifteen years on from first opening the doors of L Mulligan, the owners of the hospitable establishment on Manor Street have just completed a refurb behind the scenes in Dublin 7.
Having recently installed a brand-new chiller and upgraded their keg room, they say that they are now working on their rotating tap roster for the next few months.
Confirming that they have some crackers already lined up, they recently put out a call to regulars for pour suggestions.
In a post on Instagram they said, “We are keen to champion more Irish craft, particularly the bits that aren’t pale ales or IPAs. 15 years and a lot of beers have flown through the old lines – what would you love to see flowing from the new taps?”
Form an orderly queue and don’t be shy in letting them know.
