Those on the hunt for something to look forward to this year may be interested in checking out tickets to ‘A Taste of Bloom’ curated by Neven Maguire which returns over the June Bank Holiday weekend.
Diners get to enjoy a three-course menu designed by chef Neven Maguire, featuring top-tier Bord Bia Quality Assured produce, much of it sourced from the producers showcasing their wares at the festival’s Food Village.
Looking forward to this year’s event Neven tells us that following on from last year’s spectacular experience, “Nothing gives me more joy than highlighting the incredible produce this country has to offer and being able to do so at Bord Bia Bloom makes it even better.”
Set in the vibrant surroundings of the Garden View Restaurant overlooking the spectacular Show Gardens, sample menus will be available from next month with vegetarian, vegan and allergen-friendly options available.
With two sittings per day, the popular event always sells out, so this is definitely one for the early birds. Diners will also have a chance to wander around the stalls, meet the producers and pick up some delicious take-home goodies while walking off their lunch afterwards.
A nice ‘treat-yourself’ plan to brighten the year ahead.
