Ireland’s largest traditional and folk music festival is going even bigger and better in 2026, expanding to Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown.

Tradfest will include some of Dún Laoghaire’s greatest venues, showcasing the heritage and culture of the area.

Festival-goers in Dún Laoghaire can look forward to seeing performances from the likes of Ger O’Donnell & Trevor Sexton, Black Bank Folk, Sonny Condell & Robbie Overson, Duke Special and more.

From castles to cathedrals, churches to community centres, TradFest events can be found in some of the most beautiful settings Dublin has to offer.

Going bigger is part of making Tradfest more and more accessible to not just the city centre but the whole of Co. Dublin, hosting tremendous musicians across the area.

A great way to kick off the year.

Trdfest takes place from January 21st to 25th. For more information, visit tradfest.com
