The past couple of years have seen The Hugo Spritz fondly embraced by those who like to savour a brief taste of summer on the Almalfi Coast right here in the city.
The relatively recent import to the Dublin drinks scene features a lighter take on the classic Italian Aperol, that sees a winning combination of Prosecco, Elderflower, Soda, Mint, and Lime come together nicely to produce a refreshing crisp, floral taste.
The drink took pride of place as Cocktail of The Month at Fidelity last month, and the good news is that it is set to remain a menu staple at the Dublin 7 audiophile bar and restaurant throughout the summer.
