The Nee-Naw is a new late-night mobile safe space in Dublin City Centre.
Part of the Dublin Nights Help Zone, it will be stationed on Camden Street from 10pm to 3am, Fridays and Saturdays, for a 6–8 week pilot.
Staffed by a medic, welfare officer, male and female security, and a site operator, the Nee-Naw offers support to anyone feeling unwell, overwhelmed, or in need of a break during a night out. Staff ensures a calm, welcoming environment while the friendly nickname encourages trust and approachability for all.
Backed by the Department of Justice, this initiative supports the Night-Time Economy Pilot Scheme and aims to make help visible, stigma-free, and accessible.
