One of our favourite shops in Dublin – Volume Records & Books on York Rd, Dún Laoghaire – has been running gigs and banter events in their basement recently.
Now, after a very successful Record Store Day where acts like Niamh Regan, Driven Snow and Iann Brennan performed live, the good news is that the gigs will be ongoing.
The equally brilliant Board & Brewed Cafe, a space that offers board games, events and workshops, is housed in the same space making 75 York Road a wonderful, genuine community hub for the area.
