The Slowdown is the brainchild of Dubliner Dee Maher, a woman who wants to make you feel deadly again by banishing the noise around endless bombardment of health information and applying the science of nutrition to your life.

Maher – a Certified Health and Nutrition Coach through study with the excellent International Institute of Nutrition and Health – has a simple mission: to help build a healthier, happier world, one person at a time and at The Fumbally Stables on May 22nd she curates The Lowdown, a special half day group session that promises to be an essential guide to nourishing your body through Perimenopause and beyond.

Included is a deep dive into the science, the key nutrients you need to thrive and why they matter, a practical cooking demo and the all important community chats to connect with others on the same journey and share experiences and insights. Places are limited to 12 per Session.

The event takes place between 10am and 1.30pm on Thurs May 22nd at The Fumbally Stables, 8 Fumbally Lane, Dublin 8. Tickets cost €60.
