Their Winter Edit offers a seasonal tasting experience that sees a selection of cheese-led small plates paired with fine wines, aged Irish whiskies, and innovative craft cocktails.
Choose from Tawny Port served with Cashel Blue, a smoky Old Fashioned alongside Hegarty’s Cheddar Croquettes with exotic Black Garlic Aioli, or Tokaji accompanied by Cáis na Tire Tarts with Apple and Walnut.
