Table Wine is a cozy new venture that sees Brian O’Keefe and Kevin Powell of Loose Canon recalibrate their finely honed gastro lens from caffeine-focused early birds to vino-loving night owls in Dublin 8.

The duo quietly popped the cork on their inviting new enterprise at the end of November, in the space previously occupied by their much-missed café, Meet Me In The Morning.

Now, following a brief hiatus due to Covid restrictions at the beginning of the year, Table Wine is set to reopen from Wednesday February 2nd.

As day turns to night, a lovely array of hand selected wines will once again flow by the glass, accompanied by a variety of seasonal tasty vittles and meaty dishes.

These include delicious Crab Melt Toasties and Kakuni, aka braised Pork Belly, accompanied by a generous serving of homely Mustard Mash.

Unsurprisingly, the new incarnation is already proving very popular amongst locals enjoying an evening gab over a glass and a bite or two.

Wed – Fri, 5pm – 11.30pm, Sat 4pm – 11.30pm.

50 Pleasants Street, Dublin 8.
