In what might be the tastiest in-flight upgrade of the summer Milano is officially taking its Margherita to the skies in a new culinary collab with Aer Lingus.
The brands have teamed up on an initiative that sees Milano’s classic Margherita pizza added to the airline’s Bia dining menu.
The pizza, which will be part of the menu on all short-haul flights, features Milano’s signature hand-stretched base, topped with rich tomato sauce, mozzarella, cheddar, black pepper and oregano.
Aer Lingus says the collaboration is all about enhancing the travel experience, while Milano is looking forward to seeing its flavours take flight from restaurant to runway at heights of 30,000 feet.
