Those who fancy a night out of the city could do worse than head to Monaghan for a special evening to sample some delicious dishes paired with a lovely selection of Redbreast Whiskey.
The salubrious event at Castle Leslie kicks off with a champagne and canapés reception in the Drawing Room at 6.30pm, followed by a stunning seven-course tasting menu showcasing local and Estate produce. Each dish will be accompanied by a whiskey pairing from Redbreast, while an expert from Irish Distillers will be in attendance to describe the delights of each drop in more detail.
