Props to Frank and Honest Coffee which recently announced a partnership with nature restoration charity Hometree to restore 4,000 acres of Ireland’s woodlands and peatlands.
The coffee brand is pledging €100,000 over the next five years to support Hometree’s goals, which include addressing the climate and biodiversity crises, connecting people with nature and creating resilient native temperate rainforests.
The organisation also sponsors an area of land in Hometree’s biggest site in Cnocán Bán, Co. Galway, which is part of the Wild Atlantic Rainforest Project, restoring large landscapes and complex ecosystems.
As part of the brand’s ongoing commitment to sustainability, their house blend coffee is 100% Rainforest Alliance certified, and they also offer a 20c discount when you bring your own reusable cup to participating Centra and SuperValu stores.
