Having spent six years perfecting dishes using basic store-cupboard ingredients, the duo say they’re aiming to “show how versatile, convenient and hassle-free the air fryer is, and to provide readers with a vast array of new recipes that will transform dinnertime in their household”.
They’ve compiled a nice selection of wallet-friendly recipes guaranteed to help rescue home cooks from a recipe rut, with dishes including Fish Tacos, Beef Hot Dogs and Mediterranean Cod Parcels making dinner a breeze without skimping on flavour.
While it’s still early days, the new publication’s first place position in book selling charts gives some idea of its popularity. At least two thirds of Irish households should probably have one.
