Howth Castle Cookery School is spicing things up this spring with a brand new hands-on cookery class that we’re told is decidedly Hot! Hot! Hot!
Under their expert tutelage, participants will get to create authentic Mexican tacos using freshly toasted tortillas, while gaining fresh insights into the secrets behind the art of building bold seasoned fillings using traditional cooking techniques, vibrant salsas, and zesty toppings.
Taco-building successfully completed, it’s on to the serious business of margarita making, with participants encouraged to shake, stir, and sample the refreshing classic while mixing up some creative variations on the theme.
From the traditional lime original to margaritas with a fruity or spicy twist, this looks like a serious way to jazz up a dinner party at home.
The next class takes place at 7pm on Friday March 13th.
