Natalie Mering released a career pinnacle fourth LP last year. Front Row Seat to Earth is delivered from a celestial vantage point weaving haunting vocals and ornate instrumentation. Tracks such as Do You Need My Love echo Aimee Mann’s Magnolia soundtrack. Mering is a collaborator with Ariel Pink too. Case dismissed.
