A Zen meditation seminar will be held in the Unitarian Church on Stephen’s Green by Shodo Harada Roshi, an abbott of the Sogenji Monastery.
The talk aims to show how Zen practice can be used to be present in the modern world. Roshi is renowned worldwide for his preaching in Buddhism cultures and practices, and founded the International Zen OneDrop Community, an organisation that aims to help people achieve presence and peace in modern life.
Tickets are €5 on Eventbrite, but event organisers have said no one will be turned away if costs are an issue.
