He’s just soft launched a new venture in Brooklyn – Cafe Balearica. With the tagline ‘Disco times for disco people’, we have little doubt he will deliver an epic experience, as is his custom.
A glance at the drinks menu tells us one of its cocktails – the Balearicano consists of Gin, Cocci Americano, Italicus, Cappeletti and Tonic. Aperol and Campari be gone!
