Zampas, the Peruvian inspired restaurant at the heart of the Hard Rock Hotel, opened in late February, only to close again within a matter of weeks as the Coronavirus began to make its mark.

Now, Head Chef Stuart Heeney oversees its return with a stunning menu featuring pre-dinner snacks of wild, locally landed white fish ceviche, followed by a choice of Peruvian-style roast chicken from the asador or a 28-day dry-aged ribeye from John Stone’s artisan butchers.

Enjoy three courses cooked to order with a classic Pisco Sour and a self-guided music and art tour for €45 per person.
