The Carriage at The Alex Hotel recently launched their extensive ‘All-Day Menu’ founded on the principle of “Vegan First”, meaning that the majority of dishes come vegan as standard, with the option of adding a meat or alternative protein.

The Salad Bowl selection for instance, allows diners to choose up to four different salads to make up one hearty salad, and to combine it with a protein such as grilled soy beef, chicken or salmon along with a side of hummus, pesto, tapenade or guacamole.

The All-Day Menu is served from 12pm – 10pm.
