Dublin Digital Radio’s Alternating Current (AC) Festival returns May 1st–4th, bringing experimental music, sound art, and multimedia performances to various venues across Dublin, including Flux Studios, Pepper Canister Church, and The Complex.
This year’s theme, ‘Urban Scores’, explores our relationship with the city through sound and listening. The lineup features Mel Keane, Ian Nyquist, Landless, JWY, Mohammad Syfkhan, Wastefellow, Louise Gaffney, and more, alongside a site-specific commission by Cian McCarthy at Flux Gallery.
The festival blends live performances, AV installations, workshops, and panel discussions, creating an immersive and thought-provoking experience at the intersection of music and urban life.
