If the dishes on its Insta feed are anything to go by, diners are in for a real treat at a new Modern Cantonese restaurant which recently opened its doors in Dun Laoghaire.

In addition to the signature dish of Roasted Peking Duck at China Tang, we’re intrigued by the prospect of sinking our teeth into their charcoal Gold Yolk Lava Custard Buns, which feature a warm filling of creamy custard enveloped in a soft charcoal-infused exterior.

Available as part of their Dim Sum Brunch Menu, we’re told that they’re perfect for sharing.
